UPDEPPO hosts its third MGIL 299 Capstone Colloquium
Despite the inclement weather last August 8, 2026, the graduating students of Master in Governance and Innovative Leadership (MGIL) successfully showcased five innovative projects during the Capstone Project Colloquium with the theme “Networked Governance for AmBisyon 2040: Innovations from Central Luzon.”
The event was graced by UPDEPPO Director Dr. Patrick De Leon, Graduate Program Coordinator Asst. Prof. Tito Antonio Ofilada, Jr., Program Secretary Asst. Prof. Ethelbert Galang, and Professorial Lecturer Dr. Julius Velasco, current instructor for MGIL 299. Former Vice Mayor of Angeles City Vicky Vega also served as one of the esteemed panel members.
The colloquium served as a simple yet important venue for MGIL students to present their work after finishing their graduate coursework and comprehensive exams, all while continually learning from the insights of faculty and esteemed guest panelists.
