UPDEPPO present at the Clark ESL Sectoral Meeting
On June 18, 2026, UPDEPPO Director Dr. Patrick C. De Leon joined the Sectoral Meeting on ESL held at the Clark Visitors Center.
In her message, Clark Development Corporation President and CEO Atty. Agnes VST Devanadera lauded UPDEPPO for its recent MOA with Dewey International Education Company and for its upcoming hosting of 65 Taiwanese students in late July and early August 2026.
