The University of the Philippines Extension Programs in Pampanga and Olongapo (UPDEPPO) is deeply honored to be welcomed as an Institutional Partner of the upcoming PREO International Research Conference on October 22-24, 2026, organized by the Pampanga Research Educators Organization (PREO).

This meaningful partnership was formalized through the signing of the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) on July 7, 2026 at the UPDEPPO campus. Representing UPDEPPO was our Director, Dr. Patrick De Leon, alongside PREO’s President and Conference Chair, Dr. Jean Paolo G. Lacap.
