The Bachelor of Science in Business Management (BSBM) program aims to provide students with theories, concepts, skills, and techniques to become productive members of successful business organizations. The program includes current developments in management theory and practice to enhance the competencies of students in the different functional areas of business organizations, and to increase the responsiveness of students to significant and practical aspects of business management concepts.

1. Perform the core functions of management namely Planning, Organizing, Leading, and Controlling
2. Demonstrate competence in the different functional areas of business, particularly in the fields of Human Resource Management, Marketing and Entrepreneurship, Finance and Accounting, and Productions and Operations Management
3. Develop strategic solutions by utilizing the appropriate tools and technologies for better decision-making
4. Conduct research to develop innovative strategies for managing a sustainable business unit
5. Collaborate effectively across all levels of stakeholders within and of the organization
